About the Hampton Bay 54-FANE Remote

Hampton Bay sells the 54-inch Fanelee ceiling fan as model 54-FANE. When its remote goes missing or quits, the fan is stuck on its last setting. This replacement brings back dimming, color temperature, a light delay timer and four speeds. It works with the fan's MR225A Smart Hubspace receiver through DIP switches.

Setup & Pairing

Have a pen or small screwdriver handy for the DIP switches.

Switch the breaker for the fan off before you start.
Slide off the battery cover; the 4 DIP switches are inside.
Set the switches to match the ones on your fan's receiver or on your old remote.
Load two AAA batteries, switch the power back on, then test every button.

If a neighbor's fan or your garage door reacts, change the pattern on both the receiver and the remote.
