Repair your fan, don't replace it
FanRemotes.com started as a ceiling fan tech support service. We saw how hard it was for homeowners to find the right replacement remote — and how many good fans were being thrown out over a lost or broken one.
So we built a store that does one thing well: get you the right remote, fast, with real people ready to help. When we couldn't find remotes we were happy with, we created our own brand, Comfort Direct.

Ceiling fan remote questions
How do I know which remote fits my ceiling fan?
Match the model number on your old remote. It is usually printed inside the battery compartment or on a label on the back. Type it into the search box, or send us a photo by email or text and we will find the exact match for you.
What if I lost my remote and don't have the model number?
Tell us the brand of your fan and, if you can, send a photo of the receiver label inside the fan canopy or the fan's model sticker. Our team can usually narrow it down from there.
Is the new remote hard to set up?
No. Our remotes pair easily and every one ships with instructions. If you get stuck, call us during business hours and a real person will walk you through it.
How fast will my remote ship?
In-stock orders placed by 4 PM Central, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders over $35 ship free.
What if it doesn't work for my fan?
You can return any uninstalled item within 90 days with no restocking fee. Every remote also has a 1-year warranty — if it is defective, we will send a replacement.
