About the Hampton Bay Premier Remote

Does your Hampton Bay fan use a Premier remote system? This replacement handheld brings back three fan speeds, off, light dimming and the timer, without touching the wiring.

It is made for Hampton Bay Premier fans and works with the Premier receiver already in your fan. Compare your old handheld with our product photos, and if it matches, this is the one you need. Set it up with your receiver and you're back in control.

Before you order

This is a remote only. It works with the receiver already in your fan.
It is not the Hampton Bay Premier universal remote kit (model 98131 or 99432), which comes with its own receiver.
It must be set up with your fan's receiver before the fan will respond. It does not work straight out of the box.

Setup & Pairing

Put two AAA batteries in the remote.
Set the remote up with the receiver already in your fan. The fan will not respond until this is done.
