Yes — that is what we do best. Email or text us a photo of the front and back of your old remote with the battery cover off, and we will reply with the exact match.
How do I check on my order?
Log in to your account and open My Orders to see your order status and tracking. You can also email us your order number and we will look it up.
How do I start a return?
Email info@fanremotes.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Returns are accepted within 90 days on uninstalled items.
