About the Harbor Breeze TG44MBK3D1RS Remote

The TG44MBK3D1RS is the matte black Beach Creek 44-in. When the remote goes, the fan and light are left at whatever setting you last chose. Ours gives back all three speeds and lets you tap the light on or hold to dim.

The light remembers your setting

When you switch the light off with the remote, it keeps the brightness you chose. The next tap brings it back at that same level instead of jumping to full. Want a different level next time? Hold the light button to adjust it, and the new setting is the one it remembers.

Setup & Pairing

Pairing uses a learning code, so there's nothing to set inside the fan.

Put one 12V A23 battery in the new remote, positive end toward the top, and close the cover.
Power the fan down at the switch or breaker, pause briefly, then power it back up.
Right away, while the 30-second window is open, hold the 0 button for about 5 seconds and watch for two blinks.
Test the 3, 2 and 1 speed buttons and the light button to confirm the fan responds.
Other fans on? Switch them off first, or they may start answering this remote as well.
