About the Litex WE52EB5LR Remote

The WE52EB5LR is a Litex Wendling 52-in in bronze with an LED light. Our replacement lets you set the speed and work the light without reaching for the wall switch: high, medium and low, an off button and a light key that dims.

What each button does

The layout is simple. Button 3 is high, 2 is medium and 1 is low. Button 0 stops the fan, and it's also the key you hold while pairing. The light button does two jobs: a quick tap turns the light on or off, and holding it down dims the light. Let go when the brightness looks right.

Setup & Pairing

Setup takes about a minute and needs no tools.

Fit the 12V A23 battery, positive toward the top, and close the back of the new remote.
Tip: turn off nearby fans before pairing, since their receivers would learn this remote too.
Turn the fan's power off at the wall switch or breaker, then turn it back on.
Inside the next 30 seconds, hold down 0 for roughly 5 seconds. The light blinks twice when it has learned the remote.
Run through high, medium and low, press 0, then tap the light to make sure everything answers.
