Your TG52MBK3D1RC is a 52-in Harbor Breeze Beach Creek ceiling fan with a matte black finish and built-in LED light. At Lowe's it carried item number 887873. Setup & Pairing

Here is the whole job, start to finish.

Turn off power to the fan at the breaker.
Loosen the canopy screws, slide the canopy down and take a photo of the old receiver wiring before you disconnect it.
Wire in the new receiver lead for lead, following your photo, and twist each wire nut snug.
Turn off power to any other nearby fans with learning receivers so they do not pair at the same time.
Restore power, then within about 30 seconds hold the 0 (fan off) button on the remote until the light blinks twice.
Run all three speeds and try the light and dimming.
