About the Casablanca 59510 Receiver

When a Casablanca 59510 goes silent, people often assume the motor died. Often the real cause is the receiver in the canopy, and replacing it costs far less than a new fan. This receiver restores full control from the RH787T.

Your fan's model number is on the motor housing label; when it reads 59510, this receiver is made for it. It installs in the canopy and learns your RH787T remote after a power cycle.

Stuck on one speed

A DC fan stuck on one speed, or one that ignores speed changes, often points to the receiver rather than the motor. After checking the remote battery, a new receiver is the usual next step.

Pairing with your RH787T

This receiver learns your RH787T remote. Cycle power to the fan, press Set on the remote within 60 seconds, and let the fan run in both directions for about 5 minutes. When it stops on its own, the pair is made.

Before you order

• Not a universal receiver. It is made for Casablanca DC fans that came with the RH787T remote.
• Receiver only. The remote is not included; it works with the RH787T remote.

Setup & Pairing

1. Cut power at the breaker panel and confirm the fan is dead.
2. Lower the canopy of your fan to reach the old receiver.
3. Photograph the wiring, then disconnect the old receiver.
4. Wire the new receiver exactly as the old one was wired and fold it back into the canopy.
5. Raise the canopy, tighten its screws and turn the breaker back on.
6. Within 60 seconds of power returning, press Set on your RH787T. The fan runs in both directions for about 5 minutes, then stops when pairing is done.
7. Test each speed, reverse and the light.

Tip: a fresh remote battery makes pairing more reliable.
