The Harbor Breeze Bradbury 60-in with the brushed nickel finish and built-in LED light is model BRD60BNK6LRS. Lowe's sold it as item 1596999. A failed receiver is the usual reason a fan stops answering its remote while the motor itself is fine. It restores the three speeds and dimmable light without replacing the fan.

Take a photo before you disconnect

Before you undo a single wire nut, take a clear phone photo of how the old receiver is connected. Note which colored wire from the receiver joins which house or fan wire. That one picture makes the new hookup fast and saves guessing later.

Test before you finish

Before the last canopy screw goes in, run each speed for a moment, turn the light on and off and try dimming. Fixing a loose connection is much easier now than after everything is buttoned up. Then secure the canopy and enjoy the fan.

Setup & Pairing

You need a ladder, a screwdriver and a voltage tester.

Shut off the BRD60BNK6LRS circuit at the breaker before you start.
Open the canopy and remove the old receiver, writing down which lead joined which wire.
Wire in the new receiver lead for lead, following your photo, and twist each wire nut snug.
Power down any other nearby fans first; otherwise they could pair to the same remote.
Flip the breaker on and, inside about 30 seconds, press and hold 0 on the remote. Two blinks from the light mean it paired.
Cycle through the speeds and the light to confirm everything responds.
