About the Hampton Bay 52133 Remote

Hampton Bay sells the 54-inch Fanelee ceiling fan in brushed nickel as model 52133, and it carries a color-changing LED light. This remote gives it four speeds and breeze mode, plus dimming and color changes again, without changing anything in the fan.

The MR225A receiver

This remote is built for the Hampton Bay MR225A Smart Hubspace receiver. It needs that receiver working in the canopy; if the receiver has failed, the remote can't bring the fan back. Fans with learning-code receivers use a different remote altogether.
