About the Harbor Breeze 43368 Remote

When the remote for your Harbor Breeze Boltz III goes missing, the fan and its LED light are stuck wherever they were left. This replacement for the 43368 brings back three fan speeds, light on/off and dimming, plus color temperature on color-changing LEDs.

This remote is matched to the 43368. If that's the number on your fan's label, you're set. Pairing takes a quick power cycle and one press of the LEARN button.

Where to find your fan's model number

Harbor Breeze prints the model number on a label on top of the motor housing, and it's also on the fan's box and the cover of the manual. From a ladder you can usually read the motor label with a flashlight. Snap a photo of it so you have it the next time you need a part.

Dead remote or failed receiver?

Start with a fresh A23 battery, then pair again. If the fan still ignores every button while the wall switch is on, the receiver in the canopy may have failed. A new remote can't fix a dead receiver, and this listing doesn't include one, so contact us before ordering if you suspect it.

Setup & Pairing

Slide off the battery cover and fit a fresh 12V A23 battery.
Switch off the Harbor Breeze 43368 for around 10 seconds using the wall switch or breaker, then restore power.
Before 30 seconds pass, press LEARN inside the battery compartment with a pen tip.
When the fan or light reacts, pairing is done. If nothing happens, run the power cycle again and retry LEARN within 30 seconds.
Check the speeds, light and color buttons, and put the holder up by the switch.

In the box: Replacement remote for the Harbor Breeze 43368, a wall holder and its screws. Add one A23 battery.
