Will This Remote Fit?
This remote is made to replace the 43352. Check the label on your old remote (often inside the battery cover) — if it reads 43352, this is the one you need.

About the Harbor Breeze 43352 Remote
Looking for a remote to go with 43352? Start by holding your old remote next to this description. Ours has three speed buttons, its own off button and a light button, plus a Learn button and a D/CFL slide behind the battery door.
Please match the buttons and label on your old remote before you buy. A match means you'll be up and running in a minute or two; no match, or nothing to compare, means a quick call to (816) 586-8457 or info@fanremotes.com first.
- Learns the receiver already in your fan with the Learn button
- Includes a wall cradle and screws for a fixed home
- Takes a single 12V A23, sold separately
Cleaning the remote
Wipe the remote with a dry or barely damp cloth. Don't spray cleaner directly on it, since liquid can seep in around the buttons. A cotton swab clears grime between the keys. Keep it off wet bathroom counters and away from the kitchen sink.
Running the fan the other way
This remote has no reverse button. Many fans have a direction switch on the motor housing instead. If yours does, turn the fan off and wait for the blades to stop before you slide it. Counterclockwise from below pushes air down in summer; clockwise on low helps in winter.
Before you order
- This is not a universal remote. Match it to your old remote's label or your fan's model sticker first.
Setup & Pairing
- Put one 12V A23 battery in the remote, matching the + and - marks.
- If nearby fans use the same kind of remote, switch their power off so they don't learn it too.
- Switch the fan off at its wall switch or breaker, wait a few seconds, and restore power.
- Within 30 seconds, press and hold the Learn button inside the battery compartment for about 5 seconds.
- A paired fan starts running on low with the light off. If that doesn't happen, start over from the power step.
Tip: if the fan was off for a long time, give it a test on each speed after pairing.
In the box: the replacement remote, its wall mount and screws, and a set of instructions (battery not included).

Frequently Asked Questions
My fan's light changes color. Will this work for 43352?
Probably not. Fans with color-changing or adjustable-white lights use a different remote, so contact us before ordering.
What buttons should my old 43352 remote have?
High, Medium and Low, a separate fan off button and a light button, with a Learn button and D/CFL switch inside the battery door, and no reverse button.
Does it come with a receiver?
No. It pairs with the receiver already in your fan, and that receiver needs to be working.
My bulbs aren't dimmable. Can I still use it?
Yes. Slide the D/CFL switch to CFL and the light button turns the light on and off without dimming.
Why does my fan start on low after pairing?
That's the sign pairing worked. From there, every button is ready to use.
What's in the box?
The remote, a wall mount holder with screws, and instructions. The A23 battery is sold separately.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed by 4 PM, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 90 days. Items must be unused and uninstalled, in their original packaging. No restocking fees. Please read our return policy before sending anything back. Questions? Call (816) 586-8457 or email info@fanremotes.com.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every product we sell comes with a 1-year warranty against defects. If it fails because of a defect, contact us and we’ll send a replacement.
