About the Harbor Breeze 43339 Remote

We made this remote for the Harbor Breeze 43339 from the Crestwell collection. It pairs to the fan's existing receiver with a LEARN button and runs three speeds, the light, breeze mode, the timer and Home Shield.

Your fan's model number is on the label on top of the motor housing and on the box it came in. If it reads 43339, order with confidence. No DIP switches here: just power-cycle the fan and press LEARN.

Two fans on one circuit

When two fans share a breaker, both receivers listen after the power comes back, and both could learn the same remote. Pair using the wall switch for just the fan you want. If you have to use the breaker, pair one fan, then pair the other with its own remote.

A home for the remote

Use the wall holder by the door or keep the remote on the nightstand, but give it one spot. Remotes that live on the couch end up under the cushions. In a bedroom, a holder within reach of the bed means you never have to get up to change the fan.

Setup & Pairing

No DIP switches here, just a quick power cycle.

Slide off the battery cover and fit a fresh 12V A23 battery.
Turn off power to the Harbor Breeze 43339 at the wall switch or breaker for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Right away, within the 30-second window, press the LEARN button in the battery compartment.
Watch for the fan or light to respond. No response? Power-cycle again and press LEARN a little sooner.
Try all three speeds, the light and dimming, then hang the wall holder.

In the box: Replacement remote for the Harbor Breeze 43339 with wall mount holder and screws (A23 battery sold separately).
