The TG44BNK3D1RC is a Beach Creek 44-in fan, a compact size for bedrooms and dens. If its remote broke or disappeared, this is the fix. It runs the fan at three speeds or off and turns the light on, off and down.

Running two fans from one remote

If you'd like two matching fans in one room to work together, one remote can be paired to both receivers. Power them up at the same time and run the pairing step, and both will learn it. For separate control, pair one fan at a time with the other switched off at the wall.

Safety on the ladder

Pairing this remote takes no tools, but reading a fan label means climbing. Switch the fan off and let the blades stop, use a stable step ladder, and keep one hand free for balance. Never reach into a moving fan to read, dust or adjust anything.

Before you order

If no remote works after pairing, the receiver may have failed, and you'll need a receiver or a remote and receiver kit instead.
Don't put the fan's light on a full-range wall dimmer; the remote does the dimming.

Setup & Pairing

Insert a fresh 12V A23 into the new remote with the positive end facing the top, and put the battery door back.
Switch the fan off at the wall, or at the breaker if it has no switch, wait a few seconds, and switch it back on.
Hold the 0 key for about 5 seconds within 30 seconds of power returning. Two blinks from the light confirm pairing.
Try each speed, then tap and hold the light button to check on, off and dimming.
Other fans on? Switch them off first, or they may start answering this remote as well.

In the box: TG44BNK3D1RC replacement remote with a wall holder. You'll need one 12V A23 battery, not included.
