About the Harbor Breeze A187-0516019 Light Kit

A187-0516019 is the light kit number printed in the parts list of the Kenton 60-in owner's manual. On the fan, the old part is the LED panel under the cover, held up by three screws and joined to the motor assembly by one keyed plug. This module replaces it with 18W of 3000K warm white light.

When your manual or the old module shows A187-0516019, you have found the right replacement. The keyed plug lines up with the one on the motor assembly, and three screws secure the light. There is nothing to pair, and the remote keeps its four brightness steps.

Is it the light or the fan?

If the blades still turn and answer the remote but the light stays dark or flickers, the LED module is the usual suspect. If nothing responds at all, the remote or the receiver in the canopy is more likely at fault, and a new light module will not fix that. Rule those out first.

Before you order

Setup & Pairing

Cut the power at the breaker panel first.
Take off the cover and remove the three screws holding the old light.
Join the keyed connector to the motor assembly; it goes together only one way.
Attach the new light with the three screws.
Confirm the DIM/ON switch reads DIM before you close up.
Turn the breaker back on and try each brightness level.

Tip: keep the screws in a cup so none roll off the ladder.
