It is made for the smaller-capacity units that came with the U01A05426 remote, such as the MSZ-HM09NA, MSZ-HM12NA and MSZ-HM15NA, plus the MSZ-WR and MSZ-JP 9k and 12k units. Check the label on your old remote: if it reads U01A05426, this is the one you need. Add two AAA batteries, point it at the indoor unit, and you're set.

- Have an MSZ-HM18NA, MSZ-HM24NA or MSZ-WR24NA? You need our E22P88426 remote instead.
- Not for Mitsubishi MSZ-GL series units. Those use a different remote, U01A03426.
- This is a model-specific remote, not a universal. It won't run other brands of AC.

Will it fit my Mitsubishi mini-split?
It fits MSZ-HM09NA, MSZ-HM12NA, MSZ-HM15NA, MSZ-WR09NA and MSZ-WR12NA indoor units. Find the MSZ model number on the label under the indoor unit's front panel.
I have an 18k or 24k unit. Will this work?
No. MSZ-HM18NA, MSZ-HM24NA and MSZ-WR24NA units use the E22P88426 remote, which we also carry.
Do I need to program the U01A05426?
No. Put in two AAA batteries and point it at the indoor unit.
Can I go by my outdoor unit's model number?
It's better to use the indoor unit's MSZ model number, found on the label under the front panel.
What batteries does it take?
Two AAA batteries. They aren't included.
What if my old remote has a different number?
