About the Harbor Breeze HTD20005 Light Kit

The white Kenton 60-in flush mount, Lowe's item 2599777, carries model number HTD20005 on its label. Because a flush mount hugs the ceiling, its built-in light is often the main light in the room. This 18W, 3000K module brings it back at the original color.

Before you order, look at the label on top of the motor housing. If it shows HTD20005, this module is made for your fan. Its keyed connector only goes together one way, and three screws hold the light in place. No pairing is needed; the original remote runs it as before.

This is a light module, not a remote or receiver.

Setup & Pairing

Shut off the breaker for the fan, not just the wall switch.
Unscrew the cover and lower the old module.
Match the shape of the keyed plug to the motor assembly connector and press it home.
Fasten the light with its three screws, snug but not tight.
Make sure the DIM/ON slide switch is on DIM so dimming works.
Power up and check the light from your remote.

Tip: test the light before the cover goes back on.
