About the Harbor Breeze 00724 Light Kit

Here is the replacement LED light for the Harbor Breeze Mazon 44-in ceiling fan, model 00724. That model uses an integrated 18W module, so a failed light means swapping the module, not a bulb. Ours brings back warm 3000K light at up to 1900 lumens.

Check the label on top of your fan's motor housing: if it reads 00724, this is the light module you need. A wiring connector and a retrofit lens are in the box, and the module mounts with your original screws.

Breaker off before you start

A wall switch may not cut every wire in the fixture, so turn off the circuit breaker before you touch the wiring. If you have a non-contact voltage tester, use it to confirm the power is off. Then you can work on the wiring without worry.

Light out but the fan still runs?

If the blades still change speed but the light won't come on, the controls are working and the LED module is the likely fault. If nothing responds at all, check the remote battery or the receiver before replacing the light. That quick check can save you buying the wrong part.

Setup & Pairing

No pairing step. Here's the swap.

1. Shut the power off at the breaker, not just the wall switch.
2. Remove the light cover and take down the old LED module, keeping the original mounting screws.
3. Cut the pin connector off, leaving as much wire as you can.
4. Connect the new module with the included wiring connector.
5. Screw the module in place and add the retrofit lens.
6. Restore power and test the light. No pairing is needed.
