About the Harbor Breeze CAL44BNK5L Light Kit

CAL44BNK5L is the brushed nickel Calverton 44-in. Its light lives in a built-in LED module under the cover, and when that module fails, the fix is a new module, not a new fan. This direct replacement installs with your existing plate and screws and dims with your current controls.

Not sure of your model? A flashlight and a look at the sticker on the motor housing will tell you, and CAL44BNK5L there means you are in the right place. It installs on your fan's existing mounting plate with the original screws. No pairing is needed; your remote or pull chain runs it as before.

Before you order

Mounting plate and screws are not included. Reuse the ones from your fan.

Setup & Pairing

Shut off the breaker for the fan, not just the wall switch.
Unscrew the cover, remove the old light and save its plate and screws.
Wire the new module just as the old one was wired.
Install it on the existing mounting plate with the original screws and replace the cover.
Restore power and test the light. No pairing is needed.

Tip: test the light before the cover goes back on.
