Lost or broken the TR227B remote for your Hampton Bay smart fan? Our replacement gives you back four fan speeds, natural breeze mode, light dimming, color temperature and the light delay timer, all from one handheld remote.

It is made for Hampton Bay fans that came with the TR227B remote, like the Fanelee 54-in in brushed nickel, bronze, matte black and matte white. Check the label on your old remote: if it reads TR227B, this is the one you need. Match 4 DIP switches, add two AAA batteries and you're set.

Before you order

It pairs with DIP switches and needs a working MR225A receiver. If your fan's receiver has failed, a new remote won't bring it back.
Only fits fans with the Hampton Bay MR225A Smart Hubspace receiver. Fans with learning-code receivers need a different remote.

Setup & Pairing

Turn off power to the fan at the wall switch or breaker.
Open the battery cover on the TR227B replacement and find the 4 DIP switches.
Set the remote's switches to match the switches on your fan's receiver, or on your old remote.
Install two AAA batteries, restore power, and test the fan speeds, breeze mode and light.
