At FanRemotes.com, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair return and refund policy.
Returns Allowed Within 90 Days
You may return unused items within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment. There are no restocking charges for our products. The outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 90 days
 - Items that have been installed or show signs of use
 
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
1-Year Product Warranty
All products sold on FanRemotes.com are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If your item fails due to a defect within one year of purchase, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace the item at no cost. To request a replacement, please contact us at info@fanremotes.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Note: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Cancellations are free. Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
